Deborah Hopps
Chief Executive Officer
Deborah has more than 25 years of healthcare experience. She has served as CEO in rural, community and multi-hospital urban systems. Deborah received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the State University of New York and a master’s degree in professional studies with a major in health service administration from New School for Social Research in New York. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association

Dr. Mark Bussell
Medical Director
Dr. Mark Bussell has been affiliated with HealthSouth of City View since 1994. He is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, earning a medical degree from the University of Illinois of Medicine at Chicago. He went on to complete an internship in physical medicine and rehabilitation along with prosthetics and orthotics at the Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago and a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago-McGaw Medical Center. Dr. Bussell is a member of American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as Texas Medical Association, Tarrant County Medical Society and American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine.

Mary Edobor
Chief Nursing Officer
Mary is the chief nursing officer for HealthSouth City View. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Texas Woman’s University. Mary is an experienced med-surg /telemetry nurse. She joined HealthSouth Fort Worth as a house supervisor in May 2007 and transferred to HealthSouth City View in December 2008. She is responsible for the supervision of nursing personnel and the delivery of quality care to all our patients and family on a 24-hour basis.

Tracie Marquez
Director Of Therapy Operations
Tracie Ann Marquez was appointed director of therapy operations in February 2010. She has been with Healthsouth Cityview for three and a half years working as a staff occupational therapist then senior occupational therapist before her current appointment. Tracie has a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Texas in Austin, and master's degree in Health Services Management from Webster Universoty in St. Louis, Miss. With eighteen years experience as an occupational therapist, Tracie has worked in many different settings and held her own business with her husband who is also an occupational therapist. However, rehabilitation services is her passion and she has specialized training in neuro-Ifrah techniques, neurodevelopmental techniques, functional capacity evaluations and sensory integration. Tracie is originally from Carrizo Springs, Texas, and comes to Fort Worth, Texas, from Hobbs, New Mexico, with her two children and husband of 13 years.

Randy Morton
CFO
Randy joined HealthSouth City View in January of 2009. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and has nearly 25 years experience in healthcare administration. Randy previously served as controller at HealthSouth's downtown Fort Worth facility.

Dee Smith

Smith is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology. She completed a master's in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of North Texas. Smith has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor for 23 years and has worked in the acquired brain injury field for 22 years. During her career she has worked as case manager, cognitive therapist, team leader, program developer and program director. Smith began working at the HealthSouth in Dallas in the Brain injury Day Treatment Program in 1989. In January of 1996 she transferred to HealthSouth in Fort Worth and developed the Brain injury Day Treatment at that hospital. In July of 1998 she transferred to HealthSouth City View and developed the current Brain Injury Day Treatment Program there. In the beginning of 2001 she developed and opened the outpatient Day Hospital Program which treats patients needing multiple disciplines, more intense therapy and more medical management. Patients receive treatment three hours per day, three days per week.


Patti Rosales
Director Home Health
Patti came to Healthsouth with more than15 yeas of Home Health experience.  She recieved her bachelor's degree in nursing from Texas Woman's University.  Her first seven years of experience in home health was as a field nurse, assessing and assisting patients and families.  In later years she became a quality improvement nurse for a large home care agency which lead into management positions.  She has been the Director of  Healthsouth Home Health for more than years.
