Deborah Hopps
Chief Executive Officer
Deborah has more than 25 years of healthcare experience. She has served as CEO in rural, community and multi-hospital urban systems. Deborah received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the State University of New York and a master’s degree in professional studies with a major in health service administration from New School for Social Research in New York. She is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association

William Bridges
Medical Director
Dr. Bridges, a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, has been with HealthSouth City View since February 2004. He joined the hospital as a program director and became medical director in April 2005. Dr. Bridges graduated from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas and he is currently a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Brigid Greenberg
Director of Clinical Services
Brigid Greenberg, PT, MHS, ATP, has extensive experience in adult neurological rehabilitation including brain injury and stroke rehabilitation as well as clinical education. Brigid received a physical therapy degree in 1989 and a master's degree in health science in physical therapy with a concentration in movement dysfunction and neurology in 1999. Her graduate research focused on lower extremity rehabilitation following stroke and was published in 2002. Additionally she is a certified as an assistive technology professional through the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America. She is currently area director of Tterapy operations in Fort Worth and serves on the advisory committee for the University of North Texas Heath Science Center’s new School of Physical Therapy.

Randy Morton
Chief Financial Officer
Randy joined HealthSouth Cityview in January of 2009. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Northwestern State University in Louisiana and has nearly 25 years experience in healthcare administration. Randy previously served as controller at HealthSouth's downtown Fort Worth facility.

Patti Rosales
Director Home Health
Patti came to Healthsouth with more than15 yeas of Home Health experience.  She recieved her bachelor's degree in nursing from Texas Woman's University.  Her first seven years of experience in home health was as a field nurse, assessing and assisting patients and families.  In later years she became a quality improvement nurse for a large home care agency which lead into management positions.  She has been the Director of  Healthsouth Home Health for more than years.

Dennis Barfoot
Director of Respiratory Therapy
Dennis brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to Health South CityView Rehabilitation Hospital. Dennis is a registered respiratory therapist with a bachelor's degree in health sciences from the University of Central Florida. Dennis is certified in advanced life support from the American Heart Association and is a member of the National Board of Respiratory Care.

Rob Robinson
Outpatient Therapy Manager
Rob has been at Healthsouth since 1996 and is currently working as outpatient therapy manager at both City View and Burleson locations. He has a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Brookes University (Dorset House School of Occupational Therapy) in Oxford, England. He has additional training and expertise in manual lymphatic drainage and the treatment of lymphedema, Functional Capacity Evaluations and hand/upper extremity treatment.

Linda Davis
Director Quality Risk Management
Linda Davis, a licensed vocational nurse, has been with HealthSouth since January 2007. Linda attended UTA and TCC. Prior to her time at HealthSouth, she was the regulatory coordinator for an acute care hospital including ambulatory services and home health. Linda has experience in quality management and facilitating performance improvement projects. She has worked as the QI Coordinator for clinical departments and with revenue non-clinical departments to include being the director of patient access management. She was appointed by the governor of Texas to serve on the Vocational Nursing Board and has served on many state and national nursing committees.

Mary Edobor
Chief Nursing Officer
Mary is the chief nursing officer for HealthSouth City View. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Texas Woman’s University. Mary is an experienced med-surg /telemetry nurse. She joined HealthSouth Fort Worth as a house supervisor in May 2007 and transferred to HealthSouth City View in December 2008. She is responsible for the supervision of nursing personnel and the delivery of quality care to all our patients and family on a 24-hour basis.
